Benny has quickly established himself and his label  Walson Holland as a rising star in the world of premium  California wine. Prior to starting Walson Holland in  Ojai, he honed his craft at some of California and  New Zealand’s most iconic wineries, including Kosta  Browne, Amisfield and Sine Qua Non. Benny is  focused on crafting thoughtful and meticulous wines  with attention to detail in every step of the process  from vineyard to bottle and is proud to work with  farmers throughout California’s Central Coast that  embody this commitment, and in turn, allow Walson  Holland to make noteworthy wines. 

Walson Holland’s extremely limited production of Rhône style blends and single vineyard Pinot Noir and Chardonnay have garnered high praise from many industry professionals, including Jeb Dunnuck, who recently rated the 2020 Walson Holland Mélange Rouge 96 points.
