  • Packages go on sale November 12, 2024 at 9:00am PT.

  • Ticket packages are not inclusive of hotel rooms, but they do allow you the opportunity to book rooms at Ojai Valley Inn. Ticketed patrons may book one hotel room at the Inn per ticket package purchased.

  • SILVER: Includes 9 events: Opening Night Reception, Sunday Grand Tasting, Your choice of 5 seminars or cooking demos, and Two Dinners.

    GOLD: For guests seeking a more elevated experience, access to some of the greatest chefs and wines in the world, and invitation-only after hours parties. Includes 14 events: Opening Night Reception, Sunday Grand Tasting, An upgraded choice of 5 Seminars or Cooking Demos, Two Lunches, Two Dinners, and invitation-only after-hours parties.

    PLATINUM: Carte blanche for the entire weekend, your choice of the most exclusive events featuring iconic chefs and rarest reserve wine seminars. Includes 14 events: VIP early entrance to the Opening Night Reception and Sunday Grand Tasting, Access to any 5 Seminars or Cooking Demos, Two Lunches, Two Dinners, and invitation-only after-hours parties.

  • Your ticket package confirmation will include a unique confirmation number. A reservation agent will contact you within 48 hours of your purchase should you wish to book accommodations at the Inn. You MUST be a ticketed patron to book a room at Ojai Valley Inn from March 13 -16.

  • For stays during March 13 - 16, a three-night minimum is required.

  • Within a week of purchasing your ticket package, you will be sent an exclusive link to complete your weekend registration. If assistance is needed, a dedicated member of our staff will be in contact to help.

  • It is strongly recommended that you purchase the ticket package that includes your desired events to avoid disappointment. Once seminar registration is complete, we will review upgrade requests in the order they are received. If your upgrade wish is granted, your card on file will be automatically charged the upgrade fee. Due to the exclusive nature of Platinum events, upgrades are not offered into these events.

  • All events will take place on the grounds of Ojai Valley Inn. The events will take place in a variety of venues (both indoor and outdoor), ranging from ballrooms, to restaurants, to outdoor environments. The local weather in March can be warm during the day and cooler in the evening, so it is recommended to dress in layers.

  • Tickets are non-refundable, but are transferrable. This is a rain or shine event.

  • Pets are not permitted in any events. Service/working animals are not considered pets and are exempt from this policy

  • No one under 21 will be permitted in any events, including infants and small children in child carriers. This policy pertains to all events including demonstrations, seminars and Grand Tastings.

  • Ojai Valley Inn is a smoke-free resort. No smoking, vaping or electronic cigarette usage is allowed at any Food & Wine events.

  • Due to the unique nature of these events, we cannot guarantee that dietary requests will be accommodated. The chefs at these events will do their best to accommodate special dietary needs, but we emphasize this is only a request. Additionally, not all events will have vegetarian options available. There will be a variety of food offerings at the Opening Night Reception and Grand Tasting designed to meet a variety of preferences.

  • Spa Ojai, Golf, Pools, and a la carte dining options will all be available during the event.

  • We are committed to the health and safety of all of our guests. Attendees’ safety and comfort will remain our top priority as we plan and prepare for this year’s event in Ojai. The festival regulations, policies and protocols are under constant review, fully subject to change and will be continually updated and revised in accordance with the most current public health (CDC, State of California, and Ventura County) information, direction and official guidelines.
